Welcome to Cintu-Citu, a digital marketplace product of Myriad Software Solutions. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Your continued use of the platform indicates your full acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of Service (Important Disclaimer)

Cintu-Citu operates strictly as a digital advertising and hosting platform. We provide a marketplace for users to list and discover diverse assets.

• We do not own, sell, or rentany of the properties, vehicles, or assets listed.
• We do not act as agents, brokers, or intermediariesfor buyers or sellers.
• We do not provide professional advice regarding real estate, motor vehicles, or legal transfers.

We are not a licensed estate agency under the Estate Agents Act of 2000.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

4. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy:You are solely responsible for the information, images, and claims in your listings.
• Legality:You must have the legal right or authority to list the asset (e.g., as the owner or an authorized representative).
• Honesty:You must not post misleading prices, false vehicle specifications, or fraudulent property details.
• Prohibited Content:We strictly prohibit the listing of illegal goods, stolen property, or assets that infringe on third-party intellectual property.

5. Listing Standards for High-Value Assets

By posting a listing, you represent that:

• Real Estate:The property exists, and you are not charging illegal "viewing fees."
• Vehicles:The vehicle details (Make, Model, Year, Mileage) are accurate.
• Personal Assets:The item is in the condition described.

6. Images and Media

You confirm that you own the rights to any media you upload. We reserve the right to remove any content that is of poor quality, offensive, or violates copyright standards.

7. Fees and Payments

• Subscription/Listing Fees: Cintu-Citu offers tiered access for both Seekers and Sellers. Seekers may view a limited number of listings (50) for free, while full access to the database requires a paid subscription. Sellers are charged a separate listing fee based on the duration of their advertisement.
• No Commissions:Cintu-Citu does not charge or receive commissions from successful sales or rentals.
• Secure Processing:All payments are processed via secure third-party providers.

8. Verification & Due Diligence

• No Inspection:Cintu-Citu does not physically inspect properties, test-drive vehicles, or verify the authenticity of high-value goods.
• User Duty:Users are strictly required to independently verify all details (e.g., Ministry of Lands search for property or RTSA White Book verification for vehicles) before making any payment.

9. Communication & Transactions

Users contact each other directly through the platform. Cintu-Citu is not a party to any agreement, contract, or dispute that may arise between users. We do not facilitate the transfer of funds between buyers and sellers for the assets themselves.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Posting fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading listings
• Engaging in "scam" behaviors, such as requesting "commitment fees" before an inspection.
• Harassment, abusive behavior, or attempting to disrupt platform operations.

11. Listings Duration

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Zambia:

Cintu-Citu and Myriad Software Solutions are not liable for any financial losses, fraud, or damages arising from transactions initiated on the platform.

We provide the platform "as is" and do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or successful sale of any listed asset.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
